This is OpenRecord's home page, describing the FOIL process.
A list of anchor links are provided, such as for the publications portal and official website of City of New York.
A script is used to redirect url with fields inputted.
It is the welcome page with links for different page.
If a user is authorized and the uses access token is provided in the home page, it gets the users details.
This is present in the script at the end of the file.
